FAQ

Where is Amenities & Co. based?

We're a family-run online store based in Hermanus, South Africa. We don't have a physical store for you to visit but we ship throughout South Africa and internationally.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order securely using our payment gateway provider, Paystack. You can choose to pay via Visa, Mastercard or American Express card, instant EFT via Ozow or simply on your phone using SnapScan.

How much is shipping & how long will I wait?

South African Orders

Standard shipping (Main Centres) - your shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery may take up to 3-5 working days, depending on where you're located.

Outlying Areas - the same applies to your shipping rate in these these locations. Delivery may take up to 3-5 working days, depending on where you're located.

Express Shipping - Your shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery takes 1-2 working days. 

With Express Shipping, orders placed before 12pm will be shipped on the day. All orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day.

We also offer the option to collect your order with BobBox and Pargo Click & Collect.

Free shipping - if you spend R1000 or more. 

Main Centres are areas within Cape Town, JHB, Durban, Pretoria, etc. These towns and cities are serviced by a daily flight schedule.

Outlying Areas are any town or city in South Africa that is
not catered for via a daily flight schedule. These areas are far away from towns or cities.

Order processing time takes 1-2 days. These days are not included in the delivery period that your order is with the courier.

Have peace of mind our team will always try process and package your order efficiently. 

Wholesale orders take 1-2 weeks to be processed, packaged and delivered.

Please double check your delivery address and postal code before placing your order. This will avoid delivery delays. 

Courier delays could take place due factors out of our control. We will communicate these delays and closely monitor your order until it's delivered.

International Orders

All international shipping rates are worked out at checkout based on your location. 

Customers are responsible for all landing charges such as duties, fees and taxes. These charges vary for each country. 

Delivery turnaround varies for each country. Have peace of mind we will aim to get your order shipped to you urgently. 

How do I track my order?

We use Courier Guy & RAM to ship all orders. After the courier collects your order from our studio, you will receive a shipping notification in your email. It will include your tracking number.

If you haven't received a shipping notification, make sure you entered your email address correctly, or double check your spam folder.

Do you offer returns and refunds?

If your order arrives with delivery damages or you have a change in heart, please email us within 7 days - store@amenitiesandco.com
